Policies and Procedures

All orders are custom-made and are not able to be returned or exchanged.  All sales are final.

Turnaround Time:

The turnaround time for your order starts when you have paid in full and we have all the information required to complete your order.  For example - artwork, products, detail, etc.  Delay in receipt of any of this information can/will result in production delays.  Standard turnaround time is 10-14 business days unless otherwise stated.  Delays in the approval of mock ups can/will result in production delays.  Any order changes after the order is placed will also cause production delays.  Blondie’s Boutique LLC will not be responsible for delays resulting from any of the above and may not make your deadline.  Therefore, make sure you know exactly what you want and need before finalizing your order.  IF you have a specific deadline for your order, it is very important you let us know when you place your order.  A rush fee may apply.  Any circumstances out of control of Blondie’s Boutique LLC such as weather delays, shipping errors by suppliers, out of stock merchandise, etc - may also require more time and are not factored into the initial turnaround time estimate.  Blondie’s Boutique LLC is not responsible for these delays.

We do offer RUSH service if needed for a fee.  Please see the following fees:

5-9 business days: 20% of total order

3-4 business days: 30% of total order

1-2 business days: 40% of total order

If need be - we might have to expedite shipping of your items to our shop. If so, you will be responsible for shipping fees.

Order Changes:

Once your order is placed we will begin working on it right away.  If you make any changes to your order once it has been placed you may be subject to all fees involved - such as shipping, costs for item changes and a restocking fee.  These fees are subject to change based on each order and change detail.


All artwork is to be approved by digital proof through email, text message or facebook messenger.  Artwork must be checked for spelling, color, sizes, placement and overall accuracy by the customer. It is very important to look over each detail of your order, as this is exactly how it will be produced.  We will not accept responsibility for corrections not implemented and/or requested after artwork approval.  Any delays in the approval process longer than 24 hours after approval was sent can/will result in production delays.  Blondie’s Boutique LLC will try to catch mistakes ahead of time, however we will not be responsible if your proof is approved with errors. 


Our customers rely on our designers to bring their visions to life.  If we are designing artwork for you there will be a one time fee anywhere between $30 and $60 depending on how complicated your artwork needs to be and the hours spent on it.  However, if you are providing art and we need to recreate it, we charge a $45 artwork fee.  If you are providing artwork please make sure it is in the form of PNG, SVG, or PDF.  All files must be sized to the desired printing specs and must be 300 DPI.  Printing can only be as good as the artwork.  Blondie’s Boutique LLC will not be responsible for poor quality customization due to poor artwork.  Blondie’s Boutique LLC is also not responsible for any misspellings or errors in your provided artwork.  


Most of our vendors provide us with free shipping on orders over $200.  We will pass this free shipping on to you.  However, orders under $200 from any vendor that does not offer free shipping will be charged a $25 shipping fee.  

Add-on Policy:

At times customers need to add on more shirts or other items to an order already placed or after they have picked it up.  In the event you need to add on to an order you have 2 weeks to add on to any order from the date of pick up/deliver.  The add on order must be a minimum of 10 pieces and will be charged the same price per piece as the original order.  Any attempt to add on to an order after the 2 week mark will be treated as if it was a brand new order.  Previous order volumes will not be considered in the pricing of said “new order.”  We always recommend to make sure your final numbers are correct and to order a little extra if needed to avoid adding on to a job.  Add ons will be completed in our normal turnaround time.  We can rush if needed but rush fees may apply.

Under-runs and Spoilage:

Due to the nature of customizing apparel it’s common for a shirt or two to be missing from your order.  Shirts can also occasionally get damaged during the customization process.  Blondie’s Boutique LLC will not be responsible for under-runs or spoilage up to 10% per design.  Spoilage must be more than 10% per design for reprint.  Please keep this in mind when ordering.  It’s never a bad idea to order extras.  We will refund you the cost of any items shorted from your order but will not process a reprint for less than 10% of your order.  

Garment Disclaimer:

Blondie’s Boutique LLC is not responsible for manufacturer defects such as color inconsistencies, stitching eros, mislabeled garments, loose/inconsistent stitching, and or garment defects (holes, ripped seams, etc.).  We inspect the garments as we print, but we can not guarantee each garment.  We are not the manufacturers of these garments so we cannot ensure their construction.  We highly recommend ordering 5% extra of each size if an exact count is important.  If you find any of these garment defects, please let us know and we will work with the manufacturer to attempt to get you a refund.  We will not refund or exchange any garment due to fit.

Quality Assurance:

We try to check every garment as it’s complete, but there are times when some mistakes will make it out the door.  You are responsible for checking over garments as you receive them.  We allow a 72 hour window of time from the time you receive your goods to notify us of any issues with your order.  Blondie’s Boutique LLC will not be responsible for any errors reported after 72 hours.  While we do issue quality checks of the garments, the final quality assurance check lies in the hands of the customer.  Upon receiving your order you will sign off on a pick up sheet stating that everything is satisfactory and approved.  Your signature and taking of the goods constitutes your acceptance of said goods.  

Out of stock Items:

Blondie’s Boutique LLC will not be responsible for items that are out of stock.  If items are out of stock we will provide you with replacement options and get your approval before choosing such replacement items.

Decorating on Customer Supplied Garments:

Blondie’s Boutique LLC highly recommends using our garments for customization.  We know where they come from and they are made especially for the customization processes we use.  However, if you insist on supplying us with the garment to customize we will do it.  Shop/Labor rates will apply along with fees for the materials we use for the customization.  Please keep in mind the underage/spoilage rate when providing your own garments.  We will always recommend you provide extras.  We will in no way be responsible for your garments for any reasons whatsoever regardless of fault.  You are having us print them at your own risk.  Blondie’s Boutique LLC will not be responsible for decoration longevity, washouts, etc. on your customer supplied items.


Payment is due in full at time of order unless otherwise approved.  


Any cancellations will be subject to restocking fees.  Any pre-payments will be forfeited if any work has begun.  Depending on the situation we may issue a partial refund minus expenses Blondie’s Boutique LLC has accrued for work performed.  If production has begun, we cannot cancel your order.
